Landscape Maintenance Contracts
Landscaping maintenance contracts are not just for commercial accounts. Our plans can be scaled for large businesses or small residences.
Comprehensive Annual Plan: This is great for budgeting and can include landscaping, lawn care and “snow & ice management.” Clients under this type of service arrangement pay a flat fee for the year and enjoy the option of making level monthly payments throughout the year. Most commercial accounts choose this option, however we do have many residential clients with annual contracts as well.

Lawn Care Contracts
We offer stand-alone residential and commercial lawn care contracts through which you can schedule weekly lawn maintenance for your business or residence.
Snow & Ice Management Contracts
We offer two different types of snow and ice management contracts and either one can be applied to a commercial or residential account.
1. Sand and salting services can be incorporated into a snow removal and ice management contract for a flat fee for the season. This means we would manage snow and ice for the season, taking responsibility for deciding when salting is necessary. Level payments are made on monthly basis for the winter season. 2. A second option is to pay as you go on a “per service” basis. You are charged a flat fee “per plow” and “per salting.” We bill you monthly for services rendered. Contact us for a quote.
